Kudos to reporter Emily Schmall of the Associated Press for pointing out many glaring issues regarding the situation in Waco as a result of the May 17 shootings at the Twin Peaks.  The magnitude of questions as a result of this situation continue to mount while answers seem to be in tragically short supply.

WFAA.com reports that Michael Edward Fincher, 51, died late Saturday morning after a brief chase with law enforcement. Speeds reached up to 120 mph on northbound I-45 when Fincher lost control of the bike and collided with the back end of an 18 wheeler. 

 

The pursuit ended about three minutes later when the motorcycle driver lost control and slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler near the Palmer exit at FM 813.
